Spread across an area of 22,500 square feet, the park includes an awesome snow park, five slopes of different heights and sizes, and a really huge skiing area. You can try your hand at skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding and a lot of other adventures here.

You do not have to worry about the clothes and accessories that you need inside the cold atmosphere of the Ski Park. Right from the winter jacket to gloves, helmets and boots, everything would be provided just outside the park. They also provide you with skiing and snowboarding activities.

• Please carry a valid ID proof as ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• I-Fly Standard Package (2 Minutes Flight) - City Centre Mirdif. (Please reach the venue 60 min prior to the time slot selected for the demo session).
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Friday to Saturday - 8.30 AM 12.00 AM & Sunday to Wednesday:8 am - 10 pm & Thursday
  to Saturday:8 am -11 pm) 
• Optional activities included in the Snow Plus pass are subject to availability. If chosen activity is not available on the visit date, the guest can opt for another activity mentioned in the inclusions
• Transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
• The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Operational Hours: Sunday to Saturday - 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM
• Snow Bullet Operational Hours -  03:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Everyday)

 

• • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 
  • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 
  • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
  • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  
  • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
  • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  
  • Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.
  • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
  • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
  • Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
